Magic skirt
I feel like a bridesmaid in this dress. A ballerina. Carrie Bradshaw. It’s a magical skirt. Full of magic powers. This is what I wore on saturday for my lovely day out. Firstly, the victoria line was closed. Which ruined the start of the day. After a looo-oong journey to South Kensington we finally arrived at the V&A to see the Yohji Yamamoto exhibition. Check it out, if you can. It’s pretty amazing. I also visited Harrods, one of my faves. Later on I met up with my friends and we went to La Perla in covent garden. Ah-Mazing food. And awesome drinks. Unfortunately I was ill all day, and in the photos I’m actually crying inside. Downer.
This outfit is a mix of the old and the new. The top I’m wearing is actually about two years old from Topshop. I still hold onto it, even though it’s hella bobbled and well-worn, for occasions like this one. The cardigan is also about a year old, and also from Topshop. I love the colour and baggy fit. The skirt is newness, and the first time I set my eyes on it, I knew I must have it. Agreed?
